Internal Cleanser

Not a pretty site but its Real!

This is chemical residue or toxic slug that was settled in a colon. It can not be detected through an x-ray or an colonoscope because it is molded into the colon and blends its self as part of the colon and it can not be expelled with colon cleansers! Even with this chemical residue the colon still functions. See the picture below to see the inside of your colon.

When it is expelled it looks and has the texture of a liver, its color is dark red, and its shape is exactly the same shape of the side of your colon. It reminds me of a chain that looks like your spin.

I personally have had only one just like the picture above but much smaller. And it wasn't until I found a good internal cleanser that my toxic or slug debris expelled. I still to this day use the same product three times a year and this is only one of the reasons why I recommend

    What Do Antioxidants Do

     

    Distroy free radicals, which is a destructive by-product of metabolism, which locks to attach itself to cells, damaging or destroying them in the process. However the body's cells create a potent natural antioxidant enzyme, Superoxide Dismutase (SOD) , to attack the free radicals and turn's it into hydrogen peroxide. Hydrogen peroxide is dangerous also, so a second antioxidant enzyme, Catalase (CAT) , steps in to break it down into harmless water and oxygen. SOD and CAT therefore have to work together and are considered the body's first line of defense against oxidative stress and aging which in today's life-style our bodies can not keep up the demand by it's self and needs help to destroy the free radicals caused by advanced technological eveloution in our current enviorment.

     

    Skin and Free Radicals: There are many causes for the accumulated cellular damage in the skin that we call aging. Among these are the oxidative processes and related free radical damage that result from UV sunlight, smog, toxins, cigarette smoke, X-rays, drugs, and other stressors. Young skin is also exposed to these potentially damaging changes, but when we are young, there is sufficient cellular energy (ATP) for DNA repair and cell renewal. As we age, there is increased wear and tear, while at the same time the energy for cell repair and renewal is diminished and the antioxidant enzymes are less available leading to the formation of harmful free radicals and weakens the collagen and elastic fibres, with the result that the skin becomes prematurely wrinkled.

     

    Way's to increase levels of protective antioxidants

  • Diet rich in dark fruits, dark vegetables, and green teas.
  • Topical application of vitamins C-(C ester) such as ascorbyl palmitate and E, as well as alpha-lipoic acid. Vitamin C ester is vitamin C with a fatty acid attached to it. It is fat-soluble and rapidly penetrates the skin, being much better absorbed than vitamin C alone.
  • Sun-screens, and even better a sun-screen with Vitamin C & E

  1. Light hand weights: from 1 to 10 lbs you decide on the weights but get more than one weight, and use them alone, exercising, or when walking.
  2. Angle weights: that you strap on with Velcro - use them when dancing, walking and exercising.
  3. Exercise Ball: I have had one of these for years, I use it every day when I am watching TV to do my sit ups and my light weight training.
  4. Exercise bands for resistance: inner thighs, arms, legs etc. they come in handy

You Have Got to Exercise to stay Healthy!

  • It keeps our bodies strong and helps us maintains good health!
  • It increases our energy level and gives us vitality.
  • It releases toxins in our systems by sweating.
  • It burns calories and makes our bodies use up the extra fat we accumulated by over eating when you lower your calorie intake, and or to maintain our weight with proper calorie intake.
  • it helps you emotional feel good by regulating our mental well-being with what I call happy chemicals that are released during exercise.
  • Finding ways to exercise is not that hard and it is vital for good health! So forget the gym. Most people do not have the time to go to the gym, and or they live to far away! So they give up and they don't exercise! But all you have to do is just find a way to move, and if your moving than your exercising, but do something everyday for at least 30 to 40 min. or 10 min 3 times a day! Its not hard to move if you like what you are doing!

    What I tell everyone looking to exercise either for weight loss, or for their health is to first learn to be themselves! The most effective exercise that is going to get you results is one that you enjoy doing, and that makes you happy! So don’t get caught up in buying memberships, equipment, or video tapes until you have taken the time to discover what type of exercise makes you happy, and what type of impact your body can handle during exercising to prevent injury from accruing! Start out slow, and build up your strength... it only takes 2 or 3 months till you feel like the bomb!

    The second thing I tell everyone is not to go crazy and over do it the first week. Because if you are sore... than you will not keep exercising! So listen to your body! It will tell you what it needs! More of this, or less of that! And don’t be alarmed if your body swells the first 2 weeks or so. This is normal, your body is going through some major changes. The swelling will disappear along with a few dress sizes at the same time! Don't Stop... your on your way if this is happening!

    The fastest way to burn fat and lose those inches!

  • Get your heart rate up and maintain it for 5-10 minuets at a time several times through out the day and at least twice during exercise, at the beginning than in the middle and always stretch after your warm-up and when you are done exercising!
  • Use light weights with many fast repetitions but still be able to get a burn after the 3rd set of 10. and increase weights as you progress keeping the same momentum.
  • Move after each meal, this way your body knows what is going to happen and your body want let you over eat! Take a fast walk, sweep or mop the floor, or dance to 3 songs. Just don't eat and sit afterwards for a long time....get up and move!
  • Do several different types of exercise, work the complete body! Split it up to every other day if you do not have enough time. Think of the body as three parts;
    • upper body -  neck, shoulders, chest, arms and upper back,
    • middle being - abs, ribcage, and lower back
    • lower body - rear, hips, thighs, calf's and ankles.
  • Always work your larger muscles first! I work my abs first with every program because they will help support my body and get the most exercise. Than for my upper I work out my chest first, than for my lower I work out my rear first than my thighs. What I am doing is working my larger muscle problem zone first to maximize the benefits.
  • Drink lots of water
  • Always work out the first thing in the morning, this way you will maximize your exercised muscles through out the day.
  • Eat a small none meat protein / low fat snack before you work out in the mornings ( faster digestion - meat takes about 1 week to digest)  than have your breakfast later.  (a few nuts first than either 1/2 glass of soy milk, 1/3 cup sautéed tofu, 1/3 cup low fat cottage cheese etc.)
  • Eat your dinner for your lunch. (your largest meal in the middle of the day)
  • Stay away from sugar... it's not only bad for you but it makes you hungry!
  • Do a 10 min. heart rate in the evening after your dinner and before bed to keep you from getting hungry, let that blood flow to your body. Did you ever notice that your not hungry after you exercise? And if you do get hungry drink water with lemon juice or a hot cup of herbal tea first to fill you up. If your still hungry eat light with no sugar. ( ex: spinach salad, raw veggies with olive oil & vinegar dressing.)
  • Very Important: Take a multi-vitamin, a multi-amino acid, omega 6 & 3, natural antioxidant, a p robiotic-which is your friendly stomach bacteria to help digest food amd a natural fiber (you will not believe the difference in your stools and how much more energy you get when your intestines is working properly)   You can see well-being products. These are the products I use everyday. I have been down to 10% body fat and I have been working out for over 30 years. Note; I don't sell the amino acids because I cant find one I would recommend, I have been switching brands... just not satisfied with any of them,  so you are on your own with that one.
  • Note: And if your going to lose weight and get healthy than you are going to have to burn off those extra pounds! (move) The bottom line; “it takes no effort to stuff, and a lot of effort to burn it!”

  • Get a two week pass or just pay for a month to a health cub, try it out first! See how often you will go, and weather or not you can fit it in your schedule 3 times a week!
  • Rent different kinds of exercise videos to see what kinds you like before you buy one or tape the Fit TV channel for free exercises and then put your own tape together with all your favorites.
  • If you want to exercise at home make sure you have the space! Than start out by buying either used exercise equipment, or barrow one from a friend for a week or so if it is just laying around not being used by them. Than you can decide if you like exercising at home, and if you will continue using it on a regular routine.
  • You can just join a water aerobics class, or any other classes without paying for the health club membership fee at your local YMCA to see how you like the program, and if it will be difficult for you to go through out the week. Try to sign up for a class that is at least 3 times a week because that is how many days you will need to work out!
  • You can always try to sign up at a health club just for the swimming pool and nothing else. Its usually cheaper. Try it out for a month to see how it works out for you. Great exercise for starting out if you are out of shape!

You will be very surprised with the different levels of talents that exist!

    There are several whiteners on the market today. I use the ones with the trays. They seem to work better than your over the counter whiteners. They are the same ingredients you order form your dentist but a bit cheaper and they do work. You can buy then on line, do some shopping!

    Get a younger look by changing the style of your hair: What I do... is go through a lot of beauty magazines, they seem to keep up with all the new looks and hair-do’s. Cut several hair style pictures out that you like, and the hair styles that would look good on you. Tape them on the wall for a week or so, before you know it you will only have three or four pictures left to take with you to the salon to get your new hair cut! Try to get pictures of hair styles that fit your hair type, or else you will be disappointed when the stylist is honest and tells you there is no way this cut can be done with your hair!

    Gray hair represents age! If your hair is gray than die it! It is easy, and it is well worth the monthly effort to keep the gray away! I do my own. I buy over the counter hair dyes and they do just fine, however I do recommend spending a bit more on a good moisturizing shampoo and cream rinses because dying your hair will make it dry and brittle if you do not take care of it properly! I have tried them all! I have been dying my hair for over 30 years and when I came across the shampoo and cream rinse with Emu Oil in it, which was given to me as a sample I flipped! This is the best product I have ever used for my hair. It made my hair look the way it did when I was a teenager. It has so much shine, moisture, and body that it was unbelievable! I just couldn’t stop looking at my hair all day long! It is so different than any other product I have ever used on my hair!     Change your wardrobe to a new fresh look! We all get caught up in our comfortable zones with out even realizing it. And I bet your comfortable zone was about 20 years ago which means your cloths are a reflections of that zone! Time to change! Go shopping and try on something totally opposite of what you normally buy! Have the sales lady help you. Ask her what some of the new styles are, and have her bring them to you to try on! Or pick out some pictures from the ladies magazines of outfits you like, and take them with you to give to the sales lady. Ask her to bring you some cloths that match as close as she can to the pictures. Buy at least 3 new outfits and start building up your new look! And only buy cloths that look good on you and that fit your body shape. Sure the look can be hip but it may not be for you even though it looked good on your friend! You will find the right hip look that does look good on you by trying different styles on. So don't give up!

    Change your make-up to fit your skin : The best make-up is not looking like you have any make-up on! Make-up is meant to cover flaws and to accent your natural beauty not a canvas for painting images! There are so many new foundations designed for different skin ages and skin types. Go buy something that matches your skin! Just remember the skin on your hands is much different than the skin on your face, so don’t use the back of your hand when choosing color foundation! And if your using our skin products your skin has changed, and you should use a different color than what your use to buying because you now have new healthier skin, so test the color before you buy... it can be fun!
