Buy An Aloe Vera Plant! Very easy to take care of. It has anesthetic, antibacterial and tissue restorative properties. How to make a home skin tightening tonic. Slowly bring to a boil 1/2 cup fresh basil, 1/2 cup peppermint. and 1/4 cup lavender or comfrey to 1 pint apple cider vinegar, bring to boil, simmer, turn heat off, let cool, and place in small spray bottle. use as needed.
Easy Skin Tighter. After washing face & exfoliating apply copper peptides and soy milk, watch the skin tighten right up! Apply moisturizer after tightening exceeds.

mascara and while it's still wet, I turn my
blow dryer on high a long with the cool shot
button on cold setting and blow dry them
upward. ( if is doesn't work change your
brand of mascara to water proof)
Most women don't know how to use an eyelash curler to properly get a good, natural looking curl, usually they just put it on their lashes and press once, simply making a "bend" in the lashes. but the proper way is to do it repeatedly down the length of the lashes, so you have a series of "bends" to the tip. It really creates a good curl!
For bigger, more plump lips: I apply a lip liner that is almost exactly the same color as my lips and blend it in completely. Make sure the corners are a little more "out lined" for a more defined look, and then apply Vaseline or lip gloss over top. I swear this makes your lips look bigger naturally.
Why do you Lose Weight on High Protein Diets, and is it Healthy for You ?
1. High protein foods cause you to urinate frequently, about 70% of weight loss in the first week is usually from water loss!
2. High protein diets work simply by restricting calories. Look at the calorie intake, it is usually around 2,000 which is well below the normal intake of the average American diet of 2,700 to 2,800 calories per day. Yet these diets claim they don't restrict calories!
3. Weight loss is encouraged through a process that produces ketoacidosis (acidic blood). With low carbohydrates the body looks for another fuel being proteins as in muscles for sugar which cause ketones to accumulate in the blood making it acidic. To lower the high levels of ketones the body tries excreting them through the urine causing dehydration. Other effects includes shortness of breath, lack of stamina and disturbed biochemical equilibrium. High Stage ketoacidosis can even cause abnormal heart rhythms and loss of cardiac function!
4. Is this diet healthy for you? No way! Yes you will lose weight, but it is not a long term healthy life style! Just remember; protein builds muscles, complex carbohydrates gives you your energy and most of your high vitamin intake! Also the more muscle you have the more calories you burn naturally.

Five Foods for Beating Depression
Fish oils: Contain omega-3 fatty acids. Research has shown that depressed people often lack a fatty acid known as EPA. Participants in a 2002 study featured in the Archives of General Psychiatry took just a gram of fish oil each day and noticed a 50-percent decrease in symptoms such as anxiety, sleep disorders, unexplained feelings of sadness, suicidal thoughts, and decreased sex drive. Omega-3 fatty acids can also lower cholesterol and improve cardiovascular health. Get omega-3s through walnuts , flaxseed and oily fish like salmon or tuna.
Brown Rice: Contains vitamins B1 and B3, and folic acid. Brown rice is also a low-glycemic food, which means it releases glucose into the bloodstream gradually, preventing sugar lows and mood swings. Brown rice also provides many of the trace minerals we need to function properly, as well as being a high-fiber food that can keep the digestive system healthy and lower cholesterol. Instant varieties of rice do not offer these benefits. Any time you see "instant" on a food label, avoid it.
Brewer's Yeast: Contains vitamins B1, B2 and B3. Brewer's yeast should be avoided if you do not tolerate yeast well, but if you do, mix a thimbleful into any smoothie for your daily dose. This superfood packs a wide assortment of vitamins and minerals in a small package, including 16 amino acids and 14 minerals. Amino acids are vital for the nervous system, which makes brewer's yeast a no-brainier for treating depression.
